Shipping and Processing Times
- Order Processing: All orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Time: We aim to deliver your order within 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please check the shipping options at checkout for details.
Delivery Areas
- Coverage: We deliver across India, covering urban, semi-urban, and rural areas. If your location is not serviceable, our customer support will notify you within 24 hours of order placement.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.
- Tracking Updates: Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your order is dispatched.
Failed Deliveries
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Inniva is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
- Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a reshipping fee may apply.
Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
- Lost Items: In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a full refund or resend your order at no additional cost.
International Shipping
- Currently Unavailable: We do not offer international shipping at this time. Our products are only available for delivery within India.
